Demetria Hill Sloan is a results-oriented coach, influential mentor and outspoken motivator. She founded Vantage Point Coaching after a major career transition and deciding to live out her passion of helping others achieve their absolute best. She combines nearly 20 years of sales, leadership, facilitation, and training experience with a candid, balanced communication style and unique ability to "cut through the clutter".

Demetria is committed to coaching individuals to achieve higher levels of performance and personal fulfillment. She believes everyone has the best answers for themselves within. Demetria work with clients to uncover answers, tap into their strengths, and make choices to create a greater sense of fulfillment, satisfaction, and productivity. Focusing on getting more of what matters done.

Earning her Masters of Public Health at Tulane University and certifications with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and DiSC®, Demetria is now a Professional Life Coach, Certified Leadership Coach and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation.

She utilizes her dynamic teaming-building and presentation acumen in the public sector to facilitate leadership development courses, as well as in the private sector to create a performance-driven culture with focused leadership providing intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors. Demetria is known as a servant leader who helps individuals leverage their strengths and uncover hidden talents.

Coaching with Demetria leaves clients walking away with clarity, a path, and plan to achieve greater results in every aspect of life, personally and professionally.

emerging leaders.

Published author, Demetria has written Pearls for the Journey: A Guide to a More Fulfilling Life. This book provides practical wisdom and tangible tools to find growth and greater success in your life, no matter what stage one may be in.

With a great dedication to community service, these attributes are displayed in her membership with the Pink Pearl Foundation, the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (AKA), where she has been a highly-engaged member for over 20 years.

Residing in Orlando, Florida, Demetria is the devoted wife of Jeffrey and proud mother of Devin and Jasmine. In her free time, Demetria loves having impromptu dance parties with her family, traveling to visit family in Southern Louisiana, and creating signature cocktails from home.
